The Cobalt lever frame box from Flexxgenix provides a robust, precision-engineered housing for model railway enthusiasts using DCC Concepts levers on their layout. Precision laser-cut from high-grade 6mm plywood, this enclosure delivers a realistic signal box look and feel while keeping your layout wiring and mechanical connections safely protected underneath.

Each Cobalt lever frame enclosure features a durable blue acrylic top plate with custom reverse-etched numbering. Because the numbers or lever names are etched from the underside of the acrylic, the top surface remains completely smooth, durable, and resistant to wear during heavy operation. For modellers seeking a more traditional aesthetic, an etched planked plywood faceplate option is also available.

To safeguard your investment, we offer an optional 3mm MDF protective cover. This slide-over dust box fits snugly over the top of the frame to prevent accidental damage or dust buildup on delicate levers when your layout is not in use. Beyond our standard 4 to 12 lever configurations available in the drop-down menu above, we regularly manufacture custom-length frames up to 19 levers to suit complex track plans.
