Our standard range of Model Railway Control Panel Enclosure but with an Acylic Front Panel for switches and indicators. A smart addition for any scale modeller where some means is need to house the switches and indicators for their model. The control panel enclosures are precision laser cut from MDF. Once assembled the control panels are both smart and sturdy. The control panel arrives flat packed and requires PVA wood glue or similar to assemble (not supplied).
The separate removable Acylic Front Panel is simply attached to the control panel using M3 screws which screw into brass M3 inserts in the body of the control panel enclosure.
The Front Panel is engraved on either 1.5mm or 3mm reverse engravable acrylic sheet depending on the needs of your project. This is determined by the type of accessories you wish to use (switches, LEDs etc). A leading factor in deciding the size of enclosure required is your front panel design and layout, the siize/ shape of switches also has an impact on this. All that remains is for you to infill the engraved reverse of the Acylic Front Panel with water based Acrylic paint in the colours of your choice.

Each control panel is different so your order needs to start as a bespoke request to detail your specific design needs, sizes or cut out positions along with bespoke panel engraving. A costs assesment is necessary for dditional services your design which is dependent on the amount of work involved in modifying the original design.
